      With over 25 years industry experience in both kitchen design and cabinet making Trendset kitchens are well qualified and highly respected within the industry. We are a husband and wife team who work together on each project from concept to completion. We guide, liaise and advice our clients the entire way through every job we do. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction.

      Whether you are budget conscious and want an entry level laminated kitchen, or you might want the durability of vinyl wrap if you have a young energetic family or you might be seeking the "wow" factor of a high gloss 2 pack painted kitchen. Here at trendset kitchen we can provide you with a free quote for any of these finishes. We can evaluate your situation and discuss your options to come up with the best finish for your individual needs.

      We have laminated benchtops available. We have all the reconstituted stone options on the market e.g.: Caesar stone, essa stone, quantum quartz, smart stone. We are authorised Corian Dealers in the district. We also have solid timber and bamboo. Of course for the discerning client we have access to all the natural stones: granite, travertine, marble etc.

      At Trendset kitchens we are stockists of Blum, H 'a' fele and Hettich. We have access to quality German made drawer runners and hinges and motorised drawer runners. We have a myriad of cutlery inserts; pull out pantries, chrome ware, and accessories for your project. Either built in or retro fitted.

      What kind of guarantee will my kitchen have?

      All of the materials we use have various warranties on them for manufacturing defects. Some warranties are for up to 10 years! Apart from that we are registered builders - and if you job is valued at over $12,000.00 we are obliged to take out a Home Warranty Insurance policy on your behalf which guarantees our workmanship for 7 years. Rest assured though we value our reputation and would never compromise that by providing less than satisfactory workmanship.


      Which Benchtop should I choose?

      Laminate and reconstituted stone are the most popular surfaces these days. A lot of the time your decision here will come down to the price. Stone benchtops are generally 4-5 times the price of laminate. We do approx. 50/50 of each of these. They are both very good products - it's a very individual decision. Personally I wouldn't put stone on a laminated kitchen and I wouldn't put a laminated benchtop on a 2 pack painted kitchen. There some "designers" rules of thumb guidelines here.


      What is the best type of cupboard door for me?

      This depends on lifestyle, budget and the style of kitchen you are wanting. For first time kitchen renovators or clients wanting something that won't break the bank - then flat profiled laminated doors are the way to go. For busy families that want durable, easy clean doors with the option of a moulded front then vinyl wrap is your door. For those who desire luxury, wow factor and any color you can imagine then 2 pack paint is for you. We also have hand painted and solid timber options.


      How long will it take to get my new kitchen?

      This will depend on the time of year - October to December is booked out very early as it the Christmas rush. Also it depends on the complexity of the kitchen and if other trades need to be involved. There is some co-ordination and timing involved. But generally for a standard run of the mill kitchen we can have it installed within 5-6 weeks of acceptance of the quote. If the kitchen is small and straight forward it could be quicker than that.


      We want a new kitchen. Where do we start?

      1. Call us, come into the showroom and we can discuss your project. We will make a time to do a site visit to measure your job and then give you a free no obligation quote. 2. Simply call us and we will make a time that suits to come and measure and give you a free no obligation quote. We will discuss onsite your options for layout, and finishes. 3. For a supply only flat pack DIY - simply scan and email your layout and specifications and we will reply with a price for you.


      Does your quote include design and color consultation fees?

      We are quite unique here at Trendset kitchens. My husband is a cabinet maker and I am a designer. So our expertise and knowledge goes into each quote we provide. If the job is accepted we help you with colors and finishes and tweak any design issues. We have a terrific showroom in which you are welcome to bring carpet, tile and curtain sample into when selecting your kitchen colors.


      Do I have to arrange for the plumber, electrician, tiler?

      You can use your preferred sub trades or we have a team of qualified and reliable subbies that we use on a regular basis that we trust and know they will be there when we need them.


      Do you travel?

      We service the surrounding area as well as Melbourne. If you live outside of Warrnambool and the immediate district please call our office for options on obtaining a quote


      How much does a new kitchen cost?

      We simply can't speculate as every job is different. There are a lot of factors that will influence your price. The finishes you choose for your doors and your benchtops. Any structural work need. Complexity of layout and internal hardware all need to be considered. We are custom manufacturers - no two jobs are ever the same for us.. That's why it's imperative to get an informed quotation. Along with that comes a lot of expertise and wisdom - and that's free!


      Do you provide 3D pictures of my kitchen?

      Yes. Accompanying most quotes will be a 3D render of your proposed kitchen. We do not however release dimensioned floor plans until the job has been accepted and a deposit paid.
