Beacon Lighting Waurn Ponds

After dealing with a very rude lady I brought 6 ceiling fans. It was too difficult for her to print a copy of the order form or help me take them to my car. So I shelled them awkwardly through the shop with my two young children in tow and navigated my way to the car park holding onto a trolley and two kids. There were 3 staff standing around and yet know one could help me. I only wish I hadn’t had paid for the fans so I could have gone elsewhere
