Hi Troy,I know what you mean about Dr Narita's receptionist. I find her quite scary and I have been seeing Dr Narita for a number of years! However Dr Narita is the best eye specialist I have come across in Geelong! His techniques are up to date and current so it is worth the battle to get past the front desk. Once done you will find everyone else to be fantastic and your eyes will thank you for your trouble. However I do wonder if such receptionists are needed to make sure some of us pay our bills! lol
