ESSENCE DRY CLEANERS

I took them my $500 woollen coat from MJ bale and they shrank it. When I brought it back to discuss it with them they refused to acknowledge any fault and blamed the manufacturer. They also have no insurance so don't trust them with anything that cost more the 20.00. Additionally the way they handled the whole issue is reprehensible.
