Baldivis Boarding Kennels & Cattery

After her stay at Baldivis, she was extremely sick and had a complete lack of energy. It was heartbreaking to see her in such a condition. My wife cried till home.



Although they claimed that they had washed her, she was very smelly and her bum was noticeably dirty (as per attached). Though, based on our prior experience, I requested that the water be provided in her own bowl, when she returned home, she drank a lot of water.

Their response to my request for photos on Wednesday was as follows:

“We only do photos once a week as it's quite time consuming as our staff aren't allowed to keep phones on them and it takes time away from other dogs. We can send you some pics on Sunday though. But he's getting on great with the other dogs and staff. No trouble for us at all”

No trouble for you???? Requesting photos is the minimum demand and we expect you have enough infrastructure for that.
