My approach is to incorporate strategic psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis to assist you (re) discover your skills and learn how to apply them to the problem space. The great thing about this approach is that you won't find yourself in years or even months of treatment. Most concerns can be addressed in 3-6 sessions. It's an approach that is designed to empower you step by step.
