Avoid this company completely, there are better vet centres than this place, who have professional behaviour and professionally trained doctors who will treat their clients and their fur babies with respect and dignity.



Vet doctors who are insensitive and unprofessional. When you report this to management, they ban you from all their centres. That's punishing behaviour by protecting the offender.



Specifically, a vet doctor laughing and taking delight when a fur baby is being euthanized or very sick and nearing the end of life. Unwanted touching continuously by vet doctor on multiple visits. The incident went to the regional manager level who made the decision to ban me from utilising their services in the state I live in without giving a specific reason as to why. It's a big red flag when a business does this! Don't waste your time or money going to any if their branches!!!
