Do you have an infection control policy?

As our patient, we want you to know that we treat your safety seriously. All reusable items are ultrasonically disinfected and then sterilised by steam autoclaves. We have state-of-the-art instrument tracking software to ensure that we can track all our surgical instruments when used in invasive procedures. We are also one of the very few practices in Australia to have 'Ozone' treated water to disinfect our water lines in our dental chair to ensure that we have the cleanest water.

What health funds do you accept?

We are participating providers with HBF and Bupa and Medibank. What does this mean to you? It means that we have negotiated to accept a set fee with each of the Health Funds. To you, this means you pay a smaller fee. This means less money out of your pocket!! Greater savings to you. Please note that not all dentists are participating providers.

Do you offer payment plans?

We understand that sometimes the cost of extensive dental work may end up being slightly out of your budget. So that you can still have your dental work done, we are registered with GE Care Credit. If you qualify, you can have access to a 12 months interest free period to work your payments into your budget. Please ask our friendly team for more information about this excellent service.

What is your radiation safety policy?

X rays are a necessity for nearly all aspects of dentistry. That is why we have invested in using digital X-rays. This means less radiation to you and better diagnostic capabilities for us. We also appreciate our patient's concerns about the number of X-rays taken and wish to advise that X-rays are taken only after a thorough examination and careful consideration of the necessity of having X-rays to aid in diagnosis.

Do you treat children?

Yes we specialise in Children & Teens offering Early Diagnosis and Care: Mouthguards Fissure Seals Diet and Fluoride Treatment.
