Odyssea Beach Cafe

Ordered 3 mocktails on the Sea Deck. Paid $45 and waited 15 minutes for 3 glasses filled with ice and hardly any drink. A complete rip-off. Management is rude, service is unprofessional, and the prices are ridiculous for the quality of both food and service. Avoid!

I would leave zero stars if I could.

I had a 5-course truffle dinner with my friends and it was my worst dining experience ever. Even though the star ingredient was truffles, only the last course, the dessert, was I able to taste truffles.

I was especially shocked at one of the courses. It stated veal in the menu but what I was served was a piece of cold cut that had absolutely no flavor. It was also dressed with a sauce that tasted store bought. The portion sizes could also have been more generous.

As I did not want to ruin an otherwise fun night with my friends, I decided to only provide more thorough feedback the next day.

I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager of the restaurant. During our conversation, he highlighted that he always receives good feedback and that I was a terrible customer. Without doubt, I was taken aback by his response as I thought I was being genuine in my feedback, and showed no malice. Such a shame that a supposedly popular restaurant in such a great location was unable to accept a customer’s feedback gracefully. Unfortunately I will not patronize this restaurant again and I do not recommend dining in this restaurant.
