Found the person I spoke to (Katie) quite rude. She tried to infer that the loose stones in my Marcasite ring was a result of actions that I had taken as opposed to problems with the ring itself. In the end, said it wouldn't effect her and her business if she got the ring fixed- Hardly ideal customer service when this type of Jewellery has a reputation for the stones/gems falling out.

Ridiculous. Will not be purchasing things from this store/Fremantle markets stall in the future.
