In 2016, his son Scott, joined him as a mature age apprentice. Since then, the business has bloomed, outgrowing the home office, moving into another premises in 2022. More staff and a new building, with the same high quality service.
RMC Plumbing Services offer prompt efficient service with high attention to detail. Our qualified plumbers and gas fitters are experienced in all types of maintenance plumbing; including hot water unit repairs & replacements, tap & toilet servicing & replacements, burst & leaking pipes, blocked drains, renovations and commercial. Our team also specialises in Puretec Whole House Water Softening and Water Filtration installations and other Puretec water filtration services.

Just had “RMC Plumbing” come and do a toilet "change over" - so professional from start to finish. From the time I left my inquiry on their website and the quick response to communicating appointment times and providing quotes and turning up on time! The onsite plumbers gave solid advice and contacted me directly with any queries needing immediate attention which were quickly followed up with a confirmation call from the office. Customer service from the office and the onsite tradie was exceptional – and that’s what wins me every time – plus they clean up really well after themselves.

Great service again from RMC Plumbing Services. Jarrod arrived on time as scheduled. He is a very friendly, polite and knowledgeable plumber. Multiple small plumbing issues identified and problems rectified. Full explanation given on all work. All areas left clean and tidy. I have enlisted the assistance of RMC Plumbing several times in the past couple of years and they always prove to be of great assistance. Thank you. Definately recommend highly!

Great service again from RMC Plumbing Services. Troy and Harvey arrived on time as scheduled. Problems with leaking water continuously into the bowls of both toilets. Option given to replace cisterns or alternatively a full service of both. I chose the full service. Being older style cisterns the guys kindly did the run around town and sourced the parts required. Leaking water from shower head in en suite also rectified. Full explanation given on all work. All areas left clean and tidy. Thank you. Definately recommend highly!
