Looksmart Alterations

I took a dress in to be shortened and hemmed last Saturday and it was ready Wednesday. Happy about that. Picked it up last night they have literally cut the length off no hem just a raw edge for $25. No words and definitely no service I would have expected Only place the sewing machine went near my dress was to attach the care label from the cut off piece to the dress. Poor service beyond words

Very unhappy with service received here, returned a dress as the zip they put in was faulty and i only realised when i tried on the dress months after having it fixed, as at the time of fixing I needed to lose weight but because it was over a month since id had it repaired (as id only noticed it was faulty when i first tried on the dress and had presumed wrongly that the zip had been put in properly) they originally said they would repair it for no cost and when i came to pick it up it had been taken apart with zip removed but they refused to fix it unless i paid for a new zip to be put in (another $50) even though the problem was that they had put in a faulty zip that I had previously paid for.
So now I have a dress with no zip after paying $50 for a zip to be put in.
