Kalgoorlie Pharmacy

Over 1 month ago I exchanged a faulty item and still do not have proof of purchase, after 3 trips into the Pharmacy in person.
I have spoken to the Guardian Pharmacy suppliers and company who owns the faulty product and both have advised the pharmacy is responsible for proof of purchase.
They have no procedure for an exhange, and have blamed suppliers and manufactures.
Not very professional, I would recommend any other chemist in Kalgoorlie.
