Twin City Cabs

Called a cab- got in and driver was being weird, giving off weird vibes. Once dropped off, put the PIN code to the gate and felt watched (this is in broad daylight so it wasn’t a sense of making sure I got home safely). Felt like he was staring and looked back and he was staring right at me and watching me go to the house. This company is mostly immigrant workers who don’t know how to read the room and are creepy. Don’t recommend to anyone.

This is the second time that I have booked a cab to the Kalgoorlie airport and twice they have let me down never again.

The reviews are biased. Twin City Cabs servicing Kalgoorlie for over 50 years. The drivers gets abused alot by certain people

This business is shameful, they should be run out of town. The TAXI Business is a service industry. I have seen with my own eyes how the driver s verbally and physically take on the indiginious people of this beautiful country of our. Most of Twin City drivers are migrants working and living here in Australia. Yet they are so rude, obnoxious, and down putting towards our people. To the people of Kalgoorlie Boulder, I say this there are 8 other taxi companies here in Kàlgoorlie, use the other Companies instead of Twin City. Independent companies are newest one In2 cabs ( 100 % local.) Khan, Marty's, Kalgoorlie Taxi, and many others. I rate this company less then half a star.

Once again I have a lady, at the hospital, who has waited 3 hours for a taxi which refuses to come the driver does not want to pick her up. Another lady rang a taxi from her own phone and it was here within 5 mins. Disgusting service and the people on the phone just keep making excuses.

Again, 3rd night in a row that this company is refusing/delaying picking up patients being discharged from the hospital. A patient waitng 3+hrs for a taxi, a visitor called from her mobile & was picked up in 15mins. Again disgusting service by this company!

I know of a lady who was kept waiting for a taxi for 6 hours at the hospital. Rang them several times to find out what happening, lady was rude and hung up on me. This has happened many times before. Very poor business ethics.

Poor phone manner waited over 1.5 hours at the train station even though I booked a maxi taxi to the train station before we even got off the train. After multiple phone calls and wrong info and a rude girl on the phone i rang Go gold beautiful lady answered had us a maxi within 15min. Twin City never again

I had call 20 before the cab even came to my destination. It started to rain and became very cold . I call the service lady and after I tried to express my situation she just hung up . Very rude and I suggest using Go-Gold for any translation! 131330.
