I couldn't even write the truth at the review section because the words that were the truth about them is somehow profanity wow you guys are really sad with how you deal with customer service

All I can say is the worst ever customer service!!!!
You can not ever hear a response from their side, not through phone, email or in person!!!!
I had a crash and I paid 1000 dollars as excess. Because it was not my fault according to contract I must have been reimbursed but I am still trying to hear at least a respond to my different communications that I had!!

Extremely unorganised! Had to confirm the booking had been made myself as no confirmation was provided. On the day of moving I was due to pick up a truck from the Greenwood branch at 8am waited for over an hour to be seen to at reception putting us an hour and a half behind with the move. Was vaguely shown over the truck and given vague instructions on how to operate the truck!! No remote provided for the tail lift meaning someone had to sit near the controls the whole time to lift and lower the tail lift! The bond money has taken 7 business days to be returned to me after I had to contact them and provide details for the to release the bond money. Will never use this company again. Very unprofessional and very unorganised!!!
