I paid a little over $150 per sq m for polished concrete and received a grind and seal concrete which is extremely high cost in maintenance and not what I paid for - we have cracks in the concrete and have deep visible grind marks plus one side ground low as grinder person was on the phone whilst grinding, grey grout initially used on white concrete - had to be removed - no hardener used and the floor actually dents - a thermos was accidentally dropped and there is a dent in the concrete, extremely unhappy with job and the job is currently an issue being addressed with the builder as I did not receive what I paid for and that was polished concrete - $35,000.00 for high maintenance rubbish.
