Quaint and quiet backwater for storing or working on your boat but....
DONT go there if you cant tolerate a lot of other peoples dogs barking, yapping or defecating where they like.
DONT go there if you dont like unexplained frequent rent increases.
DONT go there if you are uncomfortable with management coming onto your boat stealing or moving your equipment when youre not there.
DONT go there if you dont have a back up plan or funding to evacuate at short notice as the inexperienced and unqualified female management may evict you at the drop of a full moon tantrum.
In fact DONT go there. It just isnt worth it.
