Since 1989, Dr. Di Wen Lai has been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Centre of Chinese Acupuncture in Perth, Western Australia. She specialises in Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture, working closely with patients to deliver personalised healthcare solutions. With extensive experience in managing chronic health conditions and providing general health maintenance through preventative medicine, Dr. Lai's knowledge and dedication help patients make informed decisions about their treatment journey.
Dr Di Wen Lai (Chinese Medicine) graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine with a Bachelor of Medicine in 1986, after five years of study. Subsequent to moving to Perth, she studied Medical Laboratory Science for two years at Curtin University, Australia. Her postgraduate qualification includes a Graduate Diploma in Preventative Medicine at ECU, Australia. She is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Chinese Herbal Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist. In July 2011 she was appointed to the inaugural Chinese Medicine Board of Australia by the Australian Health Workforce Ministerial Council. In January 2017 she was appointed to the Advisory Committee on Complementary Medicine of Therapeutic Goods Administration. Since 1990 Dr Di Wen Lai has been practicing Chinese Medicine in Perth, Western Australia. At the Centre of Chinese Acupuncture, Di Wen works with patients to provide patient-focused personalised healthcare plans. She has rich experience in the management of many chronic health complaints, as well as in general health maintenance and preventative medicine based on the principles of Chinese Medicine.
