I have been driving three generations of C class bought from Wespoint Star and realised the service has been getting worse and worse. Staff are getting more abrupt, unhelpful and more frustrating to have the car maintained here. It wasn't like this. I am not thinking about buying Merc again.

Truly dissapointing. Before you fall for the glossy advertising and smooth talking - reflect on the fact that soon after you pay the monies you quickly met with disregard and arrogance. Do not be surprised that the Mercedes Benz dealers value their own one / two / three year old cars the least of several companies, which I had recently encountered. Buying a new car it is always wise to consider the future value of your vehicle. Do not count on the smooth talking and reassurances at the time of purchase - you are quickly deceived by the reality of being taken for an ignorant fool in your subsequent dealings with them again even if you are interested in replacing you car with another Mercedes. Suprising, disturbing and most of all disrespectful. Consider other dealers.
