North City Holden

Sold me a car and said it had been a fleet car and always serviced by them including the most recent service, put their sticker on to say next service due 6 months later... My mechanic checked with their service department for details on what exactly was completed during the last service... Just changed oil and put a sticker on! Stay clear, just not worth it. Simply liars.

Know a few people who have been told they have engine oil leaks which dont exist. They will try to take as much advantage of you as possible, $411 for faux oil leak, air filter, battery, you name it. I took my car in with an engine light on and missfires, they told me the cause was old spark plugs when it was actually the coil pack. $844 later the car broke down 2 days later. Took it to ultra tune got it fixed for half that price with no issues. Holden also didn't even mention my muffler had rusted off the exhaust pipe even after, doing a full service and saftey check.

Poor customer service also service quality bought the car from them they told me major service done 100 safety check done so took the car for service agter 4 months they told me car leaking oil coolant break fluids need to flushed and my warranty witch i paid $3000 extera not covering any.
Never go there dont buy any cars from them absolute con artist.

Poor service quality. Been there four times in under two months, two of which were due to their incompetence to fix the initial problem.

Zero Star's for North City Holden!
Had a log book service completed on my car that cost an absolute fortune only to find out that nothing that was done!
So bottom line is you pay them to do nothing!!!!!!
Now have to pay even more money to get my car fixed and North City Holden couldn't care less!!!
