Amazing products, such a diverse range, super helpful staff!

I had purchased 2 contact lenses that were very faulty and upon contacting the store through a few different venues, they proceeded to shift blame on me and refused to contact me any further when I asked to be escalated further to upper management. I wasted my money and I am very unhappy.
