I have twice experiences with them that they have extremely over charged me.

Once, they gave me a much higher bill after my dog’s operation even I had a written quote from them and second time, they charged me $148 for 15 mins consultation and a normal routine ear drop. Same ear drop that he gets every second year to avoid infection. After the appointment, I asked another vet for the same service and they quoted me $98.

Unfortunately, they are extremely unreliable with pricing and they will hit you with unnecessary and extra charges at the end and when you ask why, their only explanation is that we forgot to explain the cost even when they cut the 30 minutes appointment to 15.

After 9years, I decided to leave them and never return.

Never recommend them.
