great service very clean car i feel guilty about mine now would recomend to any body

Hired moving van with hydraulic ramp to move house. Handbrake didnt work so i couldn't use the ramp as the truck had to be running to use it. Got charged twice for the truck. Contract said we only had to bring back with half a tank, but the information was wrong on the truck we hired. Just a hassle, and am suffering the week with muscle pain with having to manually lift the furniture.

I hired a minibus from Ambrose and everything went great the only concern I had was The Customer Service I received From Monica.She was very unpleasant and Bitter, I nearly changed my mind,but glad I didn't.

I hired a car from this company because it was close to where I live and it was the worst experience renting a car I have ever had. Please listen to my review and never, ever go through this company. From the start the lady was very rude and talked to me like I was unintelligent. They did not check the car for damages before and when I got home I realized a tail light was out. I called them and they didn't seem apologetic at all and made me drive to them so that they could fix it. They made me feel like this was my fault and I was a hassle. In addition, the USB/AUX outlets did not work and they told me I would have a CD player but this was not true. When I returned the car they charged me a cleaning fee when the car wasn't even dirty. They also charged me a fee for not filling up the petrol tank but when they looked at it again they saw that it was actually full. I would NEVER go through this company again, they were rude, disrespectful, and overall horrible.
