Absolutely AMAZING!!!! The entire team are so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend getting your hair done here. My entire family go here and couldn't be more pleased, we always walk out of there feeling spoilt, relaxed and so happy with the final look. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

If you're looking for fantastic customer service and professional staff - look no further. All the staff treat my kids like they're a prince and princess - they won't go anywhere else! If you're into bright colours you're in for a treat. I get bored easily so I change colours and styles often and am always amazed at the unique looks that are created just for me. Can't rate them highly enough.

I have been a client at this salon since day 1 and not once have I ever been disappointed with my hair or the service I receive. I'm greeted warmly and by name by smiling happy staff. The results they achieve are certainly 21st century but every member of staff treat each and every client with excellent old fashioned courtesy. I love this salon and always have... I love the atmosphere, the music, the coffee, the massage chairs and of course, the staff but what I like MOST... is how awesome my hair looks and feels when I leave. I always get the best information on how to care for my hair after the colour and the cut is always to perfection making my difficult to deal with hair a pleasure to work with considering I'm no where near as talented as the team at Rowson O'Connor Hair.
I'd recommend everybody to this fantastic salon any day.

I've never left this salon feeling anything other than amazed with my new hair. I frequently go from dark to blonde to dark again and I've never had my hair suffer breakage or damage. The staff are well trained in all aspects of hairdressing (see Baden if you want the most amazing cut of your life!)

My colours always last well and are always done to perfection. I'm one of those annoying clients who will come in with photos of peroxide blonde while my hair is black wanting to make the transformation but the staff always do what's best for my hair, not their accounts and help find a happy medium.

I won't go to any other salons as I love the atmosphere with all the staff. In some salons egos tend to get the best of people but staff are always friend to each other, as well as clients, which makes it that bit more enjoyable. I couldn't recommend this salon more to people of all ages!

I would like to say what a pleasurable experience it is having my hair done at Rowson O'Connor Hair in Baldivis. The salon is clean and bright and so professionally run, it is a pleasure to be there. I have been going to Rowson O'Connor Hair since the day it opened in Baldivis and have never regretted it. Upon arrival at the salon one is always greeted by the Receptionist, or if absent, another member of staff. I have never been left standing at the desk waiting for attention.
My cuts, colours and foils are always great often receiving compliments from friends, family and others whom I have never met, frequently with a question about where I go and who cuts my hair - they want to go too.

I had blonde hair and showed a picture of Ashley Simpsons Ted hair. I got a dark brown hair with red roots. It was discusting! Two other hair dressers that I went to were shocked at the result I got. I had to have this look for at least a few weeks because my hair will snap if I try and change the colour. This place should not be open to the public because clearly they don't know what they are doing. I would mention the girls name but I won't because I don't want to single her out. I have been there before for simple regrowth touch up and they even get that wrong with the colours not matching or being the horrid golden colour. Never EVER returing!
