I've been hear about 2 months now and everyone was so good to me. I have been really tight and inflexible but the trainers have really helped me. I am so happy

Terrible. I signed up specifically stating that I wanted to go to the 6am classes on Tuesday and Thursday. 1 Week after I joined, they cancelled the class. This in itself is not too bad, but I was fobbed off for 2-3 months trying to cancel my membership and was not given a refund. As stated in other reviews here, they say a manager will call you back, who never does!! Also, they were too far too pushy trying to get you to sign up for a personal trainer.
