From the initial call, thru to job completion , the service was really efficient. Weekend (of course 🙅♀️🤦♀️) so expecting a costly account. However, the plumber who did the job, was friendly, helpful, informative and really aware of the time taken. Thank you. Have used these guys in the past, and shall def use again.

They were prompt and completed the job. The quote was high but when the job was completed they sent me an invoice for a much smaller amount than they had previously quoted as I think they realised the job was not as big as they first thought. Very commendable.

On Anzac Day my bedroom in my freshly built house decided it would identify as a swimming pool. Casotti Plumbers was called and fixed the culprit which turned out to be a hole in the pipe. Plumber arrived promptly and not only completed and fixed the problem but did it all with a smile and on a public holiday none the less. Very thankful.

Had a mysterious leak in a difficult to access area and Heath did a fantastic job of locating the source of the leak and fixing it. He was polite, professional and did a fantastic job of his clean up afterwards.
