Sargeants Wallan

NO STARS!!!!!! Stay away from Sargeants Conveyancing Wallan, I have never written a review before but I hope someone reads this and thinks twice about using Sargeants Wallan they are very unprofessional I used them recently while selling my house and they made what was supposed to be an exciting time in my life a horrible experience.
Sargeants Wallan called me and asked if the settlement for my property could be brought forward by two weeks I agreed, I paid cleaners to come and clean the property and vacated by the requested early settlement date only to call them a day after the settlement was due to take place to be told that the settlement was not going ahead that date it was going back to the original date which costed me thousands of dollars in the meantime, I was still paying my mortgage and home and contents insurance as well as rent for the new property. I was very disappointed and Sargeants Wallan did not care at all, I asked why I didnt receive a phone call at least to advise settlement was not going ahead and they said they did not know and that was the end of the conversation.
I had so many more issues after that it was such a horrible and unprofessional experience.
