Allied Diesel & Turbo

After 3 different mechanics had a look at my Navara and each having a different diagnosis to what the issue was I gave Frank a call at Allied Diesel and Turbo. I’m glad I did as Bryce not only explained the problem but actually called me down to the workshop and showed it to me. This not only reassured me that these guys were honest and trustworthy but are pretty bloody switched on as well. What turned out to be a big job Bryce and the team had my vehicle repaired and handed back to me in record time. I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else from now as I can’t be more satisfied with the level of service and expertise Frank and Bryce provided.

Terrible service

NEVER GO TO THESE GUYS.
My car was there for 10 days with them. It sat there for 2 days before someone looked at it. Supposedly because of someone sick which i understand. But then they diagnosed it and it cost me 700 bucks for a bit of wiring which didnt even end up being the problem. It took them another couple of days to fix the wire because they had some miss communications. After 10 days they ended up diagnosing it as being a fuel pump which is funny because i thought that the whole time. They are supposed to be professionals in fuel pumps too. So then they quoted 1200 dollars extra to fix this fuel pump. I called another mechanic in the area got it towed to them and they it fixed in 3 hours for 600 DOLLARS.
I REPEAT NEVER USE THESE RIP OFF MECHANICS

I am a very satisfied customer of Allied Diesel and Turbo. The level of service is only exceeded by my satisfaction at a job well done. I would have no hesitation at all to recommend them to anyone.

Thanks Frank, Bryce and the team at Alllied Diesel and Turbo. You fixed my Diesel Jackaroo on short notice, nothing was to much of an issue, and all my questions were answered in lay mans terms so I could understand what was going on.

Just picked up my ute from Allied Diesel and Turbo, and what can I say, the staff there know what they are doing. Nothing was an issue, and when an unforseen issue arose, they rang 1st to get the ok to fix it as well. Job well done boys, and keep up the good work
