      Which areas do you service?

      As our name suggests we cover most of the Baw Baw Shire and surrounding districts. To the North, we cover up to Mt Baw Baw, South to Strzelecki, and West to Nar Nar Goon and East to Trafalgar.

      What licences and certifications do you hold?

      Each technician is licenced with the Australian Refrigeration Council with a Refrigerant Handling Licence. We also hold a Refrigerant Trading Authority - # AU34887. Our technicians also hold the relevant plumbing licence from the Victorian Building Authority plus the Restricted Electrical Workers Licence ‘D’ from Energy Safe Victoria.


      What does the quote include?

      New air conditioning quotes will include the supply of unit, compliance certificate, all materials and labour as well as the electrical connection if necessary. If we are removing an existing faulty unit, then the disposal of this and labour is also included.


      Do you provide free quotes?

      We are happy to provide a "free no obligation quote" for any new air conditioner for supply and/or installation. However, if we have to attend to an existing air conditioner or refrigeration equipment and you request a quote for repair, then there will be a charge. This will cover our time to travel to your premises, diagnose the fault and prepare a quote.


      How long does it usually take from accepting a quote to completing an air conditioner installation?

      We keep Fujitsu & Mitsubishi units of most sizes in stock and can usually schedule installation within a few days of the quote acceptance. However, multi-head & ducted units will need to be ordered in, so could take a bit longer. And of course, we do get busy during the summer months, so the earlier you order your new air conditioner the sooner it can be installed.


      Do you warranty your work?

      Yes, all our work is performed to the highest standard & within industry guidelines. If the unforeseen were to happen & we have faulted on an installation or repair, then this will be rectified at no additional cost to the customer. And we also honour the manufacturer’s warranty on appliances we are authorised to repair. Most air conditioners come with a 5 year warranty & we are service agents for Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, F&P Haier & Electrolux/Kelvinator.


      Are you insured?

      Yes, it is essential; we have full public liability insurance.


      Does your staff have police records & working with children checks?

      Yes, of course! You can rest assured that our staff have regular criminal record check & working with children checks. This is essential for any work within government departments, child care centres, schools and care facilities.


      Do you issue compliance certificates?

      Yes, on completion of new air conditioner installations a certificate from the Victorian Building Authority will be issued – there is no additional charge for this! We can also provide certificates for disconnection & reconnection of air conditioners from Energy Safe Victoria.
