No longer use this service as absolutely disgusted with service approc 3 months ago .Service Technician Greg entered property without prior notice given entered large farm gate front of property completed service then entered through another private gate with 3 angry 13.5 years plus terroir dogs barking profusely at him then proceeded up to our house .We were not home returning from our walk and could see the van out front.Greg opened our back door and then put invoice in our unlocked back door.Rang management on return from our walk complained about the invoice placed in back door and the cheek to enter private gate with dogs barking profusely at him not to enter.One elderly dog also had a seizure same day we believe bought on by the intrusion.We now go with Pete's Treats who we highly recommend They came to do our service yesterday and also informed us Greg had switched off our Taylex airater pump that airates the sludge.Good one Greg .!!!!!
