Is my power out or is it an Energex issue?
To determine whether the power outage is specific to your premises or an Energex issue you need to confirm if anyone else around you also has a power outage. Verify if any of your neighbours are also experiencing a power outage. If they are, it is likely an issue with the electricity supply from Energex. Contact Energex to report the outage. You can also check the Energex website to confirm if they have a reported outage in your area.
