For your convenience, we request that you make an appointment when possible. This keeps your waiting time to a minimum and allows time for a thorough examination and treatment of your pet. You may ask to see a particular vet if you wish especially when following through a continuing problem. We apologise for any delays as emergencies sometimes upset our schedule.

Elective (non-urgent) surgery is scheduled Monday to Friday and is best organised by telephoning the hospital a few days beforehand. Following surgery, your pet can go home when the veterinarian is happy that satisfactory recovery from any sedation or anaesthesia has taken place. Sometimes this means spending the night in one of our comfortable kennel beds.

Friendly expert service and advice

Great service, competitive prices and knowledgeable answers to questions. Dr Bob is now my preferred vet for my two border collies, which compete in dog sports at the highest levels.

This vet provides misleading information and has horrible service.

In my experience, I was told that surgery would be the best option for my dog, however, the vet/s did not make me aware of the horrible side effects and low survival rates/time after treatment. They took advantage of our feelings of hopelessness and soon had our money. The surgery ultimately did nothing to improve his quality of life and led to a short and painful existence afterwards. In the time following the surgery, we started to noticed a deterioration of health but were told it had nothing to with his tumour removed through surgery and therefore had nothing to worry about as he "simply" needed another surgery to fix trachea problems. We learned to late that it was definitely related and they were completely misleading.

Seeking other opinions, we learned that the treatment plan given to our dog by Wynnum Manly vets was not recommended by ALL of the three different vet clinics we visited. Unfortunately, Wynnum Many Vet Hospital does not have our pets best interests at heart. It seems to me, the only thing they are interested in is money. I could NOT recommend this place.
