When clinically warranted, we refer you for X-rays, usually bulk-billed, then sit down and walk you through your own images, so you can see what we see. We adjust according to what you need, never for the sake of adjusting. Then we talk about your goals. Some want relief as soon as possible. Others want to move freely and invest in long-term health. Either way, it's your plan, built around you. We'll be honest about what we find, you'll always know what we're doing and why, and nothing happens without your consent. It includes an in-depth consultation, postural and spinal assessment, X-ray referral if clinically indicated, a clear explanation and a personalised plan.
