The worst experience on a cnc lathe I ever encountered.

My 15 minutes of employment,

Verbally abused imediately "hurry up and load the machine"

Tore my back muscle lifting 63mm x 1500mm bar into lathe

Ordered to change program and run without checking

Emergency stop button missing

Bar hanging out 800mm, 5000rpm, bar whips like pretzel, 2 tonne lathe jumping around, no estop, powered of to stop, ducked into corner and saw large broken peices falling under lathe.

Stunned, bewildered, i left.
