      Avoid Avoid. Complete scam. Do not hire this company.

      Booked and paid $140 in advance as required. Three times they didn't show up. When finally arrived to service evap cooler said it would be $1100 to proceed with service. And, relocation of dump pipe would need 'a plan' and would 'cost extra but we'll need to arrange a quote'. Told them to go away, hired a real company. Cost $240 in total which included call out, service charge and pipe relocation supply and install. Mr Emergency is a disgrace and a completely unethical company. Should be reported to conumer affairs but quite frankly I just don't have the head space.

      Unreliable service

      I called Mr Emergency yesterday and made an appointment. I told them I had things going on in the day and they said they would be to my house at 2 when I told them the noon-2 window wouldn’t work. They didn’t show up til 3 and I had to leave. The technician said he would be to my house at 8 am the next morning and I got a call at 8 am saying he was 40 minutes away. It seems like these guys don’t take other people’s time seriously.

      Extremely overpriced. Did not solve the problem

      Mr Emergency was recommended by a contractor and they came out very quickly 8am Monday morning (scheduled online Sunday) and snaked the drain two ways within an hour but was unable to resolve the drain blockage at all. Maybe even made it a little worse. $900 charge for nothing! Everyone I tell about this says I was ripped off. Not happy. Any credit available for not resolving the reported problem?

      Call someone else!

      I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Extremely overpriced- by thousands, absolutely inflated prices for the work they did. Definitely taken financial advantage of in my situation of needing an emergency repair.

      Absolute rip offs

      They charged $140 to come out to say there is a problem with the air con (not one tool was used and nothing was inspected) and then thry give a random $1800 quote to possibly fix the problem. Also quoted $28k to replace the system where other companies charge $14k. Make sure you read all the 1 star reviews as this is common. I don't believe the good reviews are real

      The electrician who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable. He was also very kind and patient. He shared information with me in a way that I could understand. That is very important. The work done was also very efficient and quick.

      Hot water system supply and install

      Plumber did an excellent job. He gave me options about what I would like done and delivered exactly what I had asked for. In addition to the plumbing job, I had an issue with a bathroom fan that he checked and identified a simple solution with no cost to me!!
