National Pharmacies Optical

I have been a member for a long time but the new store especialy all the staff are beyond normal for service and efficiency and smiling at the same time.

The manager in retail Donna is unbelievable for her knowledge and making the staff be very good helping people. The new store is like David Jones to me and I love the ambience. The Clarins dept Liz and her assistants with their knowledge of clarins infind best ever what a clients skin needs very proud customer to buy there.the pharmacy side is second to none on their help. Especially knowledge of product

Service lady said take it up with head office. The price of optislim dessert was $14.00 dollars more than all other chemist .Won't be shopping there ever again & will tell all my facebook friends to do the same

Can't believe in our computer age that we still have to carry our member card with us, or leave it at the pharmacy, due to the system not having customer details on the computer. They also put out a national magazine & in our local pharmacy in Melbourne, more often than not, some of the advertised products are not in stock - only available in certain stores. As a member I have written to head office querying the membership card & advertising - no response. Where's the customer service??
