this store has been closed for a couple of years! it didnt survive the covid shut downs

Went here to get a mouse wheel, afterwards realised that it was broken and not usable for my mice. Went back the next day while waiting for service went to look around the store and found two dead fish. Waited for service a little longer, told them about the mouse wheel and was told they don't do refunds unless it was broken, reminded the woman it was indeed broken so she exchanged it for the other mouse wheel, which was ALSO broken. Thought I would alert them to the two deceased fish on display (children come in here and didn't want them finding it), to which the woman replied she the fish don't move around much so they might be alive (which is a sign that fish are depressed, by the way) but she wouldn't be surprised if they were dead as it was quite common. The animals in there are cute, don't get me wrong, but other than the fluffy faces, this store will be avoided from now on.

You had an underage puppy on display. It was only six weeks old! Too young.
