They don’t even deserve a one star rating. After signing which is fast n payment collected within 5 min. The rest is a wild goose chase. They do not inform u the estimated date and time, only thing told was it will take up to 5 days. The guy came at lunch time (12pm) and we were not in. I had made several calls to coordinate the delivery of the modem n after 4 days still failed. I gave up

Disconnected phone and couldn’t advise why.

Escalation process poor, no one able to resolve the matter quickly. Left without phone service indefinitely.
