Was referred to Jim by LG as the panel on our out of warranty OLED 55” TV had a blue smudge on screen. Jim charged a reasonable service fee to confirm fault and then progressed a claim through LG for a new screen. It was all completed within a few days. Excellent service and a nice bloke too!

Called him up, he hung up on me. Then called him back where he told me my tv would costs a lot to fix (more than the worth of the tv). Got a technician in my building to look at it and fix the screen in an hour for a few hundred. Not impressed with him or his service
