About EPIC Storage & Our Storage Units Epic Storage is a purpose-built Storage Centre based at 116 Botting Street, Albert Park in Adelaide's western suburbs. We have 3 large undercover buildings that house in excess of 150 individually secured storage units in addition to premium undercover car, caravan and boat storage. In time, additional storage facilities will become available that will allow us to offer the largest and most modern storage facility in the western suburbs area. Epic Storage is a privately owned operation run by a dedicated team that are happy to serve you. We are not a global or national operator, we are your local storage solution.

FAQs
How do I book a storage unit or vehicle space?
All you need to do is contact the staff at Epic Storage. Bookings can be made over the over the phone, by email or simply coming to our office in Albert Park.
When do I have to pay?
On the day that you move in, we require that you pay one month upfront. We will then invoice you on a monthly basis to the address that you provide. All payments are to be made in advance. If you like, you can pay for longer periods at a time by arrangement with our office.
What is involved in signing up?
Our standard storage agreement lists our terms and conditions. You also need to bring photo identification and a padlock to lock your storage unit. If you do not have your own padlock you can purchase one from us. Only you hold the key to your storage unit.
What security do you provide?
Our storage units are protected by monitored alarm systems and security cameras. Our vehicle storage areas are kept locked at all times. Access to these areas is restricted to storage customers and staff only. We require you to 'check in' to the office on arrival so that we can monitor entry to these areas.
Is insurance included in the price?
Some companies like to include insurance into the price of your unit. We prefer to give you the option as many people transfer their home contents insurance policy to cover their storage unit. If you would like insurance we have various options of cover available.
How much will storage cost?
This depends on the size of the space you require. For a range of available sizes and prices please contact our friendly staff or use the storage calculator.
What are the methods of payment?
We accept all common methods of payment including cash, cheque, visa, mastercard, eftpos, electronic funds transfer and direct debit.
Do you sell packaging materials?
Yes, we have a wide range of packaging materials available to suit all your needs.
When can I have access?
You can access your belongings 7 days a week during our open hours.
What can I store in my storage unit?
You can store anything in your storage unit, from household furniture to office archives. Items which are hazardous, inflammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable, illegal or stolen equipment are not permitted to be stored on our facility.

Moving out of my unit, I was late, I have a disability, I move slowly but I still move.
I was treated badly by the so called Site Manager who was thinking only of herself and charging me a after hours fee. When challenged on my disability, her response was, look how you’re treating me ‘I’m the Site Manager’ she was very rude, very abrupt, didn’t want to listen to reason, didn’t care about anyone but herself and her time. Where is your duty of care to your tenants, I could have been injured and you did not check on me until 30 minutes after closing.
Shout out to the one decent human being I came across there, thanks Andrew. But shame on you Site Manager. Have a good look in the mirror and decide if this path is right for you.
Would not recommend to anyone. Beware everyone…

The owners are not to be trusted. They have many other businesses operating. They have customer complaints against them. Epic storage is not a secure and safe place for vehicles. Their security company has a low rating and many complaints against them.
