Avoid Hocking Stuart at all costs! Me and my partner were renting a property from the agency and when we moved in, the house was disgusting. It took me three days just to properly clean the kitchen. I arranged a meeting with my agent who was extreamly apathetic and basically just told us to note it all on the condition report and we could leave it the way it was found. Half way through our contract we were assigned a new agent. We decided to break our lease 3 months early. It took the agent three goes before the ad on realestate.com was correct. She only added a picture of the outside of the property, we were forced to take our own pictures, email them to her and hound her to put them up. When they did finally find new tenants, the agent was trying to take money out of our bond for numerous things all which were noted on the condition report and we had photographic evidence. I told the agent that I would persue the matter further. A couple of days later the agent told me the process would be to long and not worth chasing up and finally backed down after 2 months of back and forth emails. The agent knew she didn't have a leg to stand on with all the evidence we had collected yet she still tried to get money from us. Very disappointed with Hocking Stuart Alber Park! I was trying to leave 0/5 stars but am required to put at least 1 as the web page does not allow me to leave it blank....it is a 0/5!!!!!
