My husband put in 3 suits to be dry cleaned and had not seen them since and that was 4 weeks ago. Multiple phone calls and visits. Shop is never open when it says it should be and no answer to phone calls. A total disgrace. We will be going to a Current Affair soon at this rate.

Dropped off my drycleaning to Albion depot as per usual 3 weeks ago. Went to collect it last week, twice, only to be met by closed doors and handwritten "closed" sign. Tried phoning Albion depot, Geebung depot, owners, customer service line, many times, all with no answer from any of them. So called another (unrelated) business in the same complex as the Geebung depot, and they advised that White Knight has gone into receivership. No idea how to get my (prepaid) drycleaning back. I'm sure there are many others (including hotel businesses) in the same boat as me...

I put in an online order September 25 and paid. Didn’t hear a thing so followed up with emails and phone calls and they finally picked up my household items Oct 6. Only just had them returned and there is an item missing. Again emails and calls not responded too. They say they will call back once they check ‘in the back’ for the missing item. I wish I had seen the other reviews first. I will never use them again this is the worst business ever!!

Do not use this company. Be aware that many outlets or drop off's use White Knight.
They lost an expensive dress, and despite contacting them multiple, there has been no communication at all. I will be taking this as far as possible until they reimburse for the loss.

it was my first experience with White Knight where i booked an order for 6 business shirts. the delivery services werent upto the mark , came 3 days late that too after long chase and multiple calls to Albion office and the factory.
After that Driver called and apologised for the delay.. which is believe is OKAY .
When i checked the shirts , looks they they forgot to iron the shirts , there were so many wrinkles that i have to re-iron each shirt before i wear them. Sent the text and image of shirts to Adrian, No response, made multiple calls and text -No Response, Called the Albion store- the lady said she will check with Adrian and confirm . – After 4 hours -No Response.
If thats the service people get from White Knight- looks like i learned my lesson .

I dropped my dry-cleaning off at the Friendly Grocer at Aspley and when I went to collect them (3 items), found out that this corner store as gone into receivership and now I am struggling to get my clothes back. Am not sure where my clothes are and have contacted White Knight Dry-Cleaners and am now awaiting response. Is anyone else in the same situation and where do you go from here?

I left 2 messages on their voicemail on Monday morning asking how I get my dry cleaning to them. It is now Wednesday afternoon, and I have not heard anything. Guess they don't want my regular custom.
