Codex Couriers

Like the previous reviewer we have had nothing but trouble with Amazon packages delivered by Codex. Despite instructions to leave packaged under the cover of our print door they continue to leave them at the end of our path out in open. It’s just plain lazy and leaves our packages out and exposed to passerbys and the weather. I have made theee complaints to Amazon who assure me they have deprioritised Codex but yet they still somehow get business.

I have had nothing but issues with CODExpress deliveries in Thurgoona. The first package they lost,.

This latest package was left on the ground near my mail box which is 40 metres from my home at 7:32pm (in the dark) instead of being left in a "safe place" at my front door.

To add injury to insult, the box was split open, exposing the books inside. If I had not have gone to retrieve it after seeing the delivery notice email, the books would have been damaged.

CODExpress need to work on their quality control, educate their drivers about proper etiquette or get out of the business.
