They sold me a broken IPad and didn’t help me after one month only and said it’s would cost 300 dollar to fix and I have paid $ 300 for it. They said I broke but I didn’t break it! 😭 $ 300 I have saved a long time! Now no money and no iPad. Worst shop in the world!

I would not buy any refurbished devices from this store! My son bought an iPad (very old model) for $ 300 he saved for for so long. They gave 1 month warranty, after 1 month screen was showing lines. When taking it there they refused to do anything and blamed us, accusing us of causing a physical damage & that they can’t and won’t help with the issue. One guy was feeling a bit compassionate but the other bossy one said we would need to pay $ 200-300 to replace the screen of the I pad, the iPad we’ve bought just 1 month ago from them and that I can report them if I don’t like it. First and last time and I warn anyone to not waste their money as they seem to refurbish their devices using low quality parts and on top of that very bad customer service, wanting to further charge you for every finger they move for faulty item they‘ve sold. My son is now devastated and I am really shocked about how a business like that is still able to operate! I cannot imagine that all those good reviews in google are real! However I believe in god and I am sure we‘ll get our money back in different way and they will lose much more in another way!
