All The products are just excellent. Due to its popularity, some have to be preordered. I was to become a vegetarian, but after tasting these goodies, just couldn't.

Dave and Kyle recently took over this butcher and have made this my one-stop for all of my meat needs. If he doesn't have something, he gets it and then cuts it to suit how I like it. I have been very happy and make several trips a week to keep my fridge and freezer stocked. Highly recommend them!
