rang for a quote.
withing 4 days I had a guy come to site to measure and tell us about the product, we were interested in.
price was more than reasonable, and delivery and install were within 3 weeks.

FAKE REVIEWS AND PATHETIC SERVICE
Been chasing them to finish a pending job for the past many weeks just to get some rude response from their receptionist Nicole and other lady with an Irish/British accent.
Tried to call them back to cancel the job and they hung up on me. Called back again so they put me on a hold for 15 mins for no reason.
I am shocked how are they still running this business with such unprofessionalism.
I think they have heaps of FAKE REVIEWS.

I was extremely disappointed with MG glass (Manuel) and would not recommend their services. My dealings with this business (Manuel) after accepting their quote were very unprofessional.
After delivering a incorrect order,rather than admit their error they instead became argumentative and abusive.
I would think twice before engaging with this business (Manuel)

Very rude service. I brought two pieces of cracked glass in to be replaced. The team measured these up. When I picked them up and brought them home I discovered they were not made to the measurements that they themselves had taken. The disappointing part was that is was so difficult to have them fixed. They firstly argued that they didn't want to remake them, then they screamed at me on the phone and told me they were fully booked. If it was resolved politely then there would be no problem. Unbelievable. They should take pride in fixing their own mistakes.

really bad service. I sent them an email (include some photo) to ask some information but the girl (name is Tayla) didnot answer me anything. I tried to call them for 5-6 times and then Tayla said she received an email and will call me back. But nothing, I still continue to call her first but ... the result is that I come here to write down some review about them. Never never introduce anyone for this company. Sorry everyone because of my bad english
