Totally unprofessional. I had management call me and state I had provided them with a misleading inventory. When in fact I provided a phone inventory with one of their staff members a couple of days before. I even offered to supply measurements of pictures etc. In which I was told naah just tell me if its big or small. So little wonder the inventory was different to what they expected. They then stated they would have to source boxes from the local supermarket. I wished to have my freight on forwarded to another location. I found their quote extremely high. When another company went to pick up my freight from their depot, management did everything possible to make this difficult. To point where a third party freight management company had to intervene on my behalf. I felt like my freight was being held to ransom. The staff who loaded the freight were fine. However the management from this company are the most rude, unprofessional and lacking of customer service of any organisation I have ever dealt with.

I found this company excellent. Efficient, reliable, friendly and well priced. I didnt experience anything that the previous reviewer said. I wouldnt hesitate recommending them and using them again.

The most dishonest untrustworthy people I have ever dealt with. I moved a few times with this company with the previous owner but the new owners are useless. They apparently took over last year. Same name but that is where it stops.
I would certainly recommend to use someone other then this company.
Long story short they rocked up 5 hours late smelling of alcohol broke my belongings on uplift as well as in transit. I'm amazed that they are still in business. Nothing like the old owner that is for sure.
