I have tried seeing a counsellor for 2 months and have had my appointments cancelled EVERY SINGLE TIME without being given a reason why. Simply cancel on the day and tell me to call back to reschedule next week. UNPROFESSIONAL! Completely lost faith in counselling. Am never going back and recommend that NO ONE who really needs help EVER seeks it from EASA! They are simply DISGUSTING! NB: I only rated this 1 star because yellow pages wont let me submit my feedback without choosing at least one star. This business deserves negative stars!
