After 6 years and now with a different vehicle, I am returning to Windscreen Werx for another awesome windscreen job. Legitimate return customer here - I think some negative reviews are possibly by already disgruntled folks, desperate after getting a pebble thru their windscreen (frustrating right?). Give these guys a go, possibly save $$$, and decide for yourself - and if happy remember to leave a good, honest review like I did, so others may possibly benefit. After all I'm a real person, genuine, valid, happy customer leaving an honest review. This was MY experience. It is, what it is. (Sounds like a bit of a windscreen sales war going on in the local area perhaps, dunno, wierd heheh!?) ...Happy customer, Highly recommended folks! Thank you :-)

Had this business come and replace my broken windscreen and I’ve have nothing but problems ever since, from the moment it was replaced it started leaking which filled the floor of my car with water and it tooo weeks for him to fix it then another leak appeared and filled my floor once again, now it’s leaked 5 times and he has just been rude and arrogant about it not being his fault! Please take your buuisness elsewhere as this one is a complete waste of money!!!

Avoid this business at all cost, lazy, arrogant and doesn't care about the job he does, ruined our car and windscreen.

After phone contact he said he was in the area so would drop by to have a look.

Spoke to the young fella & said “she’s not gonna pay”. Insisted on a cheap, inappropriate fix.

Rude, angry, dodgy.

One of the rudest, angriest and obnoxious people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing and with literally zero reason or justification. i get we all have bad days, but to take that out on a customer is unacceptable.

I politely asked him to calm down, to which he verbally abused me, packed the glass sheet back into his van and left in a huff. Honestly, the emotional intelligence of a 2 year old.

A minute later I received abusive text messages.

This man (names Guy) deserves NO customers. Please know you have being warned...

1 star is too generous.

SImple and straight forward, picked up car, installed new screen, returned car without drama and fuss. Very happy - even had all my parking permits reattached. Highly recommmended.

this guy will treat you like rubbish and drive you off the rd and then threaten to beat you up for complaining

As Aerospace Engineer I have very high standards of workmanship expectations, & this guy (who was recommended to me by others) has exceeded in absolutely all areas. An absolute gentleman, & his quotes blew ALL the other "brand name" shops away - & no call out fees!!! Highly recommended. Thankyou Windscreen Werx!

Arranged through my insurer, communication from Guy was super quick and he came to me which took the hassle out of my day. Great job and my car was left tidy.
