Unbelievable to think that he has an RAC contract.

Service Manager was argumentitive and arrogant - adamant i needed work that was not needed. Work completed has to be re done as appears not done correctly. When i complained about work i was fobbed off by Service Manager and owner Steve, who was misinforned in several issues. Experience was disappointing - cannot believe that this guy gets any business at all. I will let my friends know to give this guys a wide berth.

Service manager was very argumentative and unwilling to listen to customer's suggestion about the correct tyre inflation pressure and wheel torque setting. Work was rough as my alloy wheels was scratched quite badly during tyre installation. They can rest assured that I won't be a return customer.
